We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, so we aim to make dog walking cancellations as easy as possible. Ideally, we ask that you cancel by 5pm the day before your scheduled dog walk, but we’re flexible and can often accommodate last-minute changes. To cancel your dog walking service, simply send us a text or email—whatever is most convenient for you—and we’ll adjust your booking. As a local small business, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to be as accommodating as possible.

Whether your dog enjoys an on-leash or off-leash walk is entirely up to you. We offer both options for group and private walks, depending on your dog’s temperament and your preference. When you book your dog walking service, simply let us know if you allow off-leash activities. Some private clients ask for things like a full hour of off-leash ball throwing at the park, while others choose an on-leash adventure walk. We customize each dog walking experience to fit your dog’s or the groups personality (we group dogs with similar interests and personality) needs and ensure they get the best care possible.

We offer both solo walks and group walks with other dogs. You can specify your preference when booking.

We still walk in light rain, but for safety reasons, we avoid walks during thunderstorms or intense rain. When the weather becomes too severe, especially when the ground is slippery, we typically cancel walks to keep your dog and our walkers safe. In these cases, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust your booking as needed.

Most of the time, your walker will be either Nick or Winter. You can learn more about us here. We also have a few staff members who we personally train to ensure they provide the same level of care and attention. Rest assured, all of our walkers are well-prepared to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments.

Yes, you can arrange a free meet-and-greet with your dog walker before the first walk. This service allows you and your dog to meet the walker, discuss any special requirements, and ensure your dog feels comfortable. Meeting your dog walker in advance helps build trust and sets the foundation for a successful walking experience. Just request a meet-and-greet when booking your dog walking service, and we’ll schedule a time that works for you.

We specialize in accommodating dogs with special needs during our private dog walking services, providing personalized attention for medical conditions, mobility issues, or behavioral challenges. With private walks, we ensure your dog gets the care they require. For group walks, we carefully select compatible dogs to ensure your pet is comfortable and safe. If your dog has any special needs, please let us know when booking, and we’ll tailor the service to meet their requirements.

We can provide tailored notifications to keep you informed about your dog's walk, just let us know what your preference is. After every walk, you'll receive a detailed report that includes the pick-up and drop-off times. If you're interested in seeing where your dog walked, we can also offer GPS tracking upon request. With the same primary walker every walk you have the piece of midn that your dog is getting the best service.

We invoice clients fortnightly for convenience, but if you prefer to pay with cash or on a different schedule, just let us know and we’ll accommodate your preference. We strive to offer flexible payment options to suit your needs.
